We respect your concern related to our privacy policy as it not only affects the online purchase but also affects the relationship we are going to have with you. This Privacy Policy describes our terms and conditions for Shipping, Returns, Cancellation and Damaged products.


  • Cynos Professional does ground shipping and our online orders are shipped and delivered on the business days only.
  • Our most of the orders are delivered between 3-5 days from the shipping date. In the case of the long-distance deliveries also, it does not take more than 7-10 business days.
  • We ship by FedEx only.
  • Our shipping cost is $9.99 for US orders (anywhere in the US) and $29.99 for Canada (anywhere in Canada).
  • At present, we ship orders to US and Canada only.


  • There is no return policy on our products; you cannot return any products that have been purchased.
  • Money for already delivered products will not be refunded.
  • Only damaged products will be returned.


  • We offer our customers the order cancellation facility but you need to cancel it within 24 hours after the order is placed. Every cancellation attempt made after 24 hours would be disregarded.
  • Orders can also be canceled from our side if
    – item/items are out of stock
    – Difficulty in payment processing
    – Duplicate order
    – Inability to ship to a particular address
  • Orders can be cancelled by Email or telephone 646.496.5417 you will receive an email that your order will not be processed.

Damaged Products

  • Check the carton for any damage when the order arrives as damage can occur during the shipment. Also, check the item/items at the same time to notice the damage if any has occurred.
  • Contact ASAP in the case of damaged product.
  • Customers are recommended to retain the packing material, shipping box and the damaged item/items for inspection.
  • We refund full money in the case products are damaged. Customers are required to comply to FedEx to get their money refunded.

Privacy Policy Updates

To make some changes in our personal information practices, we can update our Privacy Policy anytime without any prior notice. A notice would be posted on our website to inform our customers about the significant changes made to the Privacy Policy. Also, an indication will be given at the top of the policy that will let our customers know when it was last updated.
